The battle has been fierce here at Summer Camp today! From Army chants and Navy marching, the day has been filled with healthy competition. We have built purposeful forts and launched paper ‘grenades’ against the opposition. Additionally, we have designed our own military uniforms that we would wear with pride.

Outside, we have prepared for our battles in the best way possible; we were tasked with getting through the many obstacles during our military training assault course. One of our top missions today consisted of a fast-paced, fun scavenger hunt where we had to show our best army crawling whilst on the hunt for some specific items. This afternoon, we all came together to play a group game where we were challenged to see how many medals we could collect to be crowned the superior force. What a fantastic way to end our first week of Summer Camp 2020.

We are looking forward to another week of fun, starting with ‘When I Grow Up’ day on Monday. What do you want to be when you grow up?
