We are delighted to announce that we will be operating a Lumen Summer Camp from Monday 24th July to Friday 11th August this year at our Walton Oak Primary School site in Walton-on-Thames. Led by Pippa Kober and Harriet Code and staffed by teachers and teaching assistants drawn from our school staff teams as well as trusted partners of Lumen, parents can be confident about the quality care their child will receive.

Standard Camp Day (3-11 yrs) or Club Assister (12-16 yrs) booked during Earlybird (until 26th May) 8.30am-4.00pm	£26.00
Standard Camp Day (3-11 yrs) or Club Assister (12-16 yrs) booked after Earlybird (from 27th May onwards) 8.30am-4.00pm	£29.00
Whole week booking booked during Earlybird	£130.00
Whole week booking booked after Earlybird	£130.50
Early Club 8.10am-8.30am	£1.00
Late Club 4.30pm-5.45pm	£2.00

This year we will be offering:

• Core hours of 8.30am-4.00pm;
• Prices to remain the same as 2022 ;
• Early and Late Clubs for those parents that need wraparound care;
• Places for 3-11 year olds;
• Limited places for 12-16 year olds;
• Block week as well as ad hoc day bookings;
• Sports, arts and crafts activities every day with Activity Specialists tailoring content for the needs of different age groups;
• Minibus service limited to pupil premium families to and from Echelford, Riverbridge, Saxon and Darley Dene.

How can I book?

Our Magic Booking online registration and booking portal will open for bookings on 26th April. For those families who have booked in previous years your portal account remains live ready for use so please ensure you familiarise yourself with your log in details in readiness. For new families please visit this page (Magic Booking portal) to create your account and register your child/ren details in readiness.

Important information regarding payment options

Families can continue to book using credit/debit card and childcare vouchers.

For 2023 childcare voucher payments need to paid to Summer Camp within 14 days of a Camp booking being made otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled and the sessions released and made available to other families.

By making families aware of the above stipulation as soon as possible it will help to ensure that parent CCV payment accounts have sufficient funds available to enable full payment of any booking within 14 days and avoid any disappointment due to a booking being cancelled.
