Spy goggles at the ready - what secret codes did we crack today?

In arts and crafts, children created their very own spy goggles, radios and wristbands, which they were able to use to communicate with other spies to give out secret messages. Whilst some children were getting their gadgets up and running, others were completing their spy training in order to graduate from spy school! They had to find all the different coloured markers and colour their sticks before returning them to their leader to reveal a secret message.

One very popular activity for today was slime making. Children made the most of getting their hands mucky and mixing many different colours to create some gloopy delights. As well as making yucky slime, the children were also getting their ID badges ready to help them gain special access to all the areas of Lumen's special spy training facility.

Out on the field and in the gym, different obstacle courses were set up for the spies to complete, which included being blindfolded and working with partners, as well as answering different riddles and trying to make it round without touching the floor. The children climbed and crawled their way around and certainly looked ready to take on top spies from around the world.

Tomorrow's theme is Horrible Histories, where we will be travelling back to many different periods of time. The children are welcome to dress up from any period of time that they wish!
